The goal of this class is to increase participant knowledge and confidence in marketing their massage, esthetics and bodywork practices. This course will provide an in-depth analysis of up-to-date marketing strategies and platforms and includes interactive activities that guide the learner through creating marketing plans and content in class.

At the end of this session, participants will understand how to identify and attract their ideal clients, effectively market both in person and online, and use key tools and strategies to enhance their marketing efforts.

Melanie is an experienced development and marketing professional with a diverse background in fundraising, donor relations, special events, and social media management. With over a decade of experience in nonprofit organizations, she has worked for esteemed groups like Susan G. Komen Missouri, United Way of Greater St. Louis, and Habitat for Humanity Saint Louis. Her expertise spans grants administration, corporate fundraising, content creation, donor management, and virtual event planning.
In addition to her development work, Melanie has a strong background in volunteer coordination, communications strategy, and grassroots organizing. She holds a Master of Public Policy Administration from the University of Missouri St. Louis and a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies & English from Saint Louis University, where she conducted a significant research project on reproductive health. Melanie brings her diverse marketing background to Morgan Ford Massage & Spa as our Marketing Coordinator, helping our staff develop strategic marketing plans for their individual practices.
